Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple Ambur

Moolavar: Sri Srinivasa Perumal
Thayar: Sri Padmavathi

The temple faces east with a 3-tier Rajagopuram. Balipeedam, Dwajasthambam, and Garudan are housed in a mandapam after the Rajagopuram. The sanctum sanctorum has three shrines: Sri Srinivasa Perumal at the center, Thayar Padmavathy on the right, and Andal on the left. No idols are found in the koshtas.

An open mukha mandapam from the Vijayanagara Nayak period stands in front of the sanctum. Stucco images on the top depict Srinivasa Perumal (like Tirupati Balaji), Padmavathi Thayar seated on the right, and Andal on the left. Additionally, Vishnu with Sridevi and Bhudevi on Adiseshan is seen on both sides.
